Here’s a quick look at what you can expect when you make contact:
- You’ll send Dr. Bybee an email expressing your interest in benefitting from functional medicine in Tucson, throughout Arizona, or in North Carolina. (Dr. Bybee holds a medical license in both AZ and NC.)
- Dr. Bybee will email you the details regarding her fees and request your demographical information.
- You’ll respond to her questions with your information.
- Next, you’ll have a call with Dr. Bybee’s office to schedule an appointment and provide your payment information.
- Dr. Bybee will set up your secure electronic health record (EHR) and your patient portal login.
- Dr. Bybee will submit your patient lab order. You’ll need to complete your labs at least two weeks prior to your first appointment.
- You’ll have your first appointment with Dr. Bybee, which will generally last about two hours. You’ll authorize payment at the end of your first visit.
- Dr. Bybee will provide the necessary forms via your patient portal that you can submit to your insurance carrier if you decide to request reimbursement.
