New Patients

It is not possible to address every issue in a single visit, particularly if you are someone who has been dealing with chronic issues for many years. Your body has a priority in which issues must be addressed. As the top layer of problems is properly treated the next layer becomes accessible allowing us to go deeper and deeper into your health. You are key to identifying this process, as you notice changes or new symptoms developing as old ones disappear, let us know. These changes are indications it’s time to change your treatment plan. You have just pulled back one of the layers and are ready to address the next.
However, this deviation from the traditional medical model means that insurance won’t cover these treatments. Dr. Bybee is considered out of network for all insurance providers and she is opted-out of Medicare. This means, she does not accept insurance, but does provide the patient “encounter documentation” necessary for patients to request reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed; you will need to check with your insurance carrier to determine if you could be eligible for reimbursement. Because Dr. Bybee is Opted-Out of Medicare, Medicare patients cannot file for reimbursement through Medicare.

Dr Bybee will provide you with a lab order. If you have insurance, please provide your insurance card and we will include this information with your lab order. You can present your order to any lab (i.e. LabCorp, Quest, etc.)
If you chose not to use your insurance or are requesting esoteric lab work, Dr. Bybee will order your labs through specialty companies. These are patient pay labs. If your insurance does not cover lab work, let us know and we can get the necessary labs done for $250-$300 through one of these labs.
Even if you recently had lab work done for another doctor, Dr. Bybee may still require additional labs. This is because most doctors order only basic lab work that only scratches the surface. With Dr. Bybee’s extensive lab testing, she can piece together the clues about what is happening and why.
Depending on your circumstances, you may require some additional testing not done by traditional labs.
There is no universal treatment plan, as Dr. Bybee doesn’t take a cookie cutter approach to treating her patients. You’ll receive a highly personalized treatment plan that addresses all of your health needs—body, mind, and soul.
